Discounts & Payments
All discounts are determined based on the currency exchange rate. Clients should complete payments within one week of receiving the invoice. The customer will bear any exchange rate differences if payment is made in any currency other than US Dollars.

Product prices are as stated on the invoice. Any remaining balance may be increased due to changes in the seller’s costs, market conditions, or factors beyond the seller’s control.

The invoice is valid for two weeks from its issue date. The buyer must request a revised invoice if payment is made after the two-week validity period.

Shipping & Import Costs
Shipping costs may vary depending on the quantity of items ordered.

When importing tractors or equipment, buyers may incur import duties and taxes, payable upon the package’s arrival at its destination. These charges are beyond our control and must be handled by the buyer. Customs regulations differ by country, so buyers should contact their local customs office for precise details.

No shipments will be dispatched without full payment being received.

Payment Details
All payments must be made via telegraphic transfer to our designated bank account.

Damage & Refunds
Tractor Corner is not liable for any damage to equipment during or after delivery to the destination port. Payments will not be refunded due to customer dissatisfaction, change of mind, or other requests. If a valid reason for a refund arises, 20% of the FOB amount will be deducted as service and bank charges.

Order Accuracy
Buyers must provide accurate and complete consignee details to ensure proper preparation of all necessary documents.

Consignment Process
A minimum deposit of 50% of the invoice total is required before arranging the consignment. The remaining balance must be cleared promptly once the consignment is ready, to avoid delays.

The following original documents will be sent to the buyer/consignee via courier:

  1. Bill of Lading (B/L)
  2. Final Invoice
  3. Other necessary documents are required by local customs.

Delivery Timeframe
Unless specifically confirmed in the seller’s order documentation, all delivery or completion times are estimates and not binding contractual commitments.

Force Majeure
The seller will not be held responsible for delays or inability to supply due to unforeseen circumstances, including but not limited to natural disasters, war, strikes, labor shortages, utility disruptions, government actions, or any events beyond the seller’s reasonable control.

By placing an inquiry through our website, live chat support, phone, third-party portals, or social media platforms (such as Facebook and Instagram), users automatically subscribe to receive promotional emails and messages. To unsubscribe, users may click the “Unsubscribe” button featured in the footer of our emails.

Use of Personal Information
We use your personal information solely to process your order. Additional uses will require your explicit permission.
